I'm just busy coding stupid things. It works, but it's not stable/functional enough for me to release it yet... if you don't know what those are, it's Hollywood Holocaust (Duke Nukem 3D), and Seppuku Station (Shadow Warrior).

And now, they are in 3D (there's some overlap, but not as much as I expected)

EDIT: I rewrote everything from scratch and got a near-perfect geometry output now (some small bits are skipped for some reason), I'll make a proper thread in the mapping section soon and will probably drop a line on Duke4.net

I had a look. WART2TGA converts tiles###.art files to TGA, and DUKECONV... I don't know. There's no source or documentation, and I just can't run it at all.
EDIT: still working on it, focusing on the 3D geometry (updated previous link). I yet have to figure out some weird calculation bug with planes. If I get that working, I can begin to optimize sectors and move on to textures.
EDIT: just added support for most Build Engine map formats: v4 (Legend of the Seven Paladins 3D), v5 (LameDuke), v6 (Witchaven, TekWar, Powerslave/Exhumed), v7 (Duke Nukem 3D, Witchaven II, Fate, Redneck Rampagne, Shadow Warrior, NAM, Extreme Paintbrawl, World War II GI), and (after much hair pulling) Blood maps version 6.3 and 7.0... I think that should cover every Build Engine powered game ever released.

Uploaded a new version: it's getting somewhere. After converting 120 maps (Duke Nukem 3D Atomic Edition + Duke It Out In DC, Powerslave, Shadow Warrior and Blood), the program only failed to convert 22 sectors and 44 were skipped because they were "too small". Right now, Blood seem to be the game producing the most issues. Flat planes are now properly computed.
